South Pacific, Mt. Ijen

​

The utmost respect for the men that mine at the base of Mt. Ijen's crater. Spending all day in clouds of deadly sulfuric gas, with little more than a piece of cloth between them and the poisonous mist. With handmade baskets, they face a grueling ascent from the crater floor while balancing 100 kilos of raw sulfur on their shoulders.
